Happy new year! Here @ Pepa Molina Flamenco dance Academy Sydney we are very excited to kick start the year hosting our inaugural international “La Truco Master Flamenco Workshop Sydney”. La Truco will be coming exclusively to Sydney to officially inauguate Pepa Molina Flamenco dance Academy. Pepa Molina was recently named ambassador for Australasia by EFA (Official Flamenco dance certificate from Spain) organization for which La Truco has designed the Flamenco dance syllabus.
Currently, the Technique workshop is BOOKED OUT! Advanced & Beginner level are almost at capacity, Children’s has some places available, bookings are essential, so get in quick!

Children’s “Tanguillos y Tangos”:
In this workshop children will have the chance to learn Truco’s “Las Turroneras” Festive Flamenco dance style & technique . “Las Turroneras” are Truco’s sensational children’s all girl group that are sweeping the world by storm with their performance videos going viral on the internet! A truly unique experience for your child to help instil in them a sense of confidence & take their Flamenco dancing to that next level!
*Children with at least 1 to 2 yrs dancing experience.
Beginner’s “Bulería”:
Introduction to “Bulería” focusing on the “Fiesta”style & flavour from Andalucia (South of Spain). Truco will work on the upper body & buleria basic footwork to get you up & dancing at any future Fiesta opportunity.
*Beginners with at least 1 yr dancing experience.
Tecnica corporal (Upper body technique & style workout):
La Truco’s “Tecnica corporal” is without a doubt her signature class. Unique & personalized, focusing on style, getting the upper body to look & move organically & naturally. Truco will also work on & break down turning techniques, making this class accessible to *all levels. This class is not only a great work out but has remarkable results!
Inter-Advanced “Alegrías con Mantón”: Learn to master the shawl (Manton) with grace & technical precision. Truco is a renowned master of the Shawl and makes this difficult element look effortless. You must bring your own shawl, if you don’t have one you don’t have to miss out as we have 12 shawls for hire (Make sure you book early)
*Students with a minimum of 3 yrs dance experience.
